Our web design services price varies depending on the details of the website you want, the type of business you have (i.e. E-commerce, SaaS) and how large your website will need to be. However, our standard web design package starts at $800.

The time it takes to build and complete a website that’s ready for launch varies due to making sure all the design, development and optimization needs are meet. However, all of our sites duration time ranges from 6-10 weeks.

We have a detailed design process that’s created to ensure all your web design and company needs are met. It’s listed below: 

• Client contacts us for our services using the online form that can be found on the contact us page. 
• We then contact client via email with a full in depth Google form that needs to be filled out prior to our first consultation meeting.
• After form is completed and received we schedule a consultation meeting with client via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meets. In this meeting all initial information is gathered that will allow us to start working on client’s project. If client agrees to move forward, this is where we all sign a standard agreement and a deposit is made.
• We then research, strategize and create mockup based off clients’ request and details.
• A second meeting takes place where we present client with a variety of samples that correspond with his or her vision. Then our client selections which option they would like us to proceed with.
• We complete first draft of the process, which is the front end design. We present this demo to client. This is where they offer feedback and any updates.
• We then edit/update the site based off client’s feedback.
• We then start the web content integration and SEO implementation of website.
• We show this completion to the client and request feedback or any updates.
• Once client reviews this step and approves it, we then move on to the development section of the site and start the backend development process.
• We show this step to the client and request any updates or feedback.
• After client approves the web development process, we perform the final site test run. This is where we review every inch of the site design, development and content to assure everything is running correct and accurate.
• We show the final version to client.
• Once client approves we prepare for launch.
• We then submit website and sitemap to Google directly before launch.
• Website is now launched for the public.

*Some minor steps/details may be revised depending on requests of client or any unexpected issues that occur. In this event the timeline changes will effectively be communicated to client. 

We use content management system WordPress with other high-quality platforms integration including Elementor, WooCommerce and some additional plugins such as Contact Form 7 and Yoast SEO. We also have experience working with Drupal and Squarespace.
